Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Anaheim, CA, supporting structural and miscellaneous steel projects within the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction sectors. This role is ideal for an experienced construction project management professional who understands the complexity of steel fabrication, erection coordination, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field execution.

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple projects from award through completion, partnering closely with fabrication teams, subcontractors, contractors, leadership, and field teams to ensure safe, timely, and profitable delivery. This is a strong opportunity for a steel construction professional who wants to join a stable, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, clear project ownership, and the ability to make a meaningful impact across high-visibility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage structural and miscellaneous steel projects from award through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, procurement coordination, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams, subcontractors, general contractors, field crews, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Review plans, specifications, structural drawings, and shop drawings to support accurate execution and resolve project issues.
- Attend job site meetings, support field coordination, and communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to leadership.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Anaheim, CA.
