Join our dynamic team as a Per Diem Pediatric Physical Therapist at the Toby and Leon Cooperman Therapy and Resource Center. In this role, you will contribute to the well‑being of children (0–22 yrs.) with various special needs diagnoses. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide quality clinical services, conduct evaluations, and deliver direct physical therapy services individually and in group settings. Qualifications Minimum of a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Certification and state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities and special needs. Strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills. Initiative and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication skills with clients, families, and team members. Commitment and passion for the organization's values and mission. Responsibilities and Essential Functions Conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments for children with a spectrum of disabilities and special needs. Develop and implement effective treatment plans, establish goals, and write comprehensive reports. Collaborate with other professionals for innovative therapy approaches, including co‑treatments when applicable. Maintain required paperwork in spreadsheets and documentation systems. Participate in collaborative meetings and treatment planning. Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the team and children. Additional Requirements Availability for per diem work.
