POSITION SUMMARY: The Nuclear Medicine Tech is responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures while maintaining superior patient service. Performs NM exams as described in the procedure/protocol manual, consistently maintaining a high level of quality and productivity. Operates all relevant Nuclear Medicine equipment and computer systems, including RIS/PACS, with proficiency.DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCECNMT or ARRT Nuclear Medicine Certification and CPR (BLS) certification, required.Must be proficient in venipuncture proficiency.Must demonstrate knowledge of cardiac EKG set-up, QA procedures regarding maintenance of hot lab and imaging devices, and the function and use of ADAC/Philips equipment.Prior work-related experience is required.Radiology Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal opportunities in all our employment practices.
