Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that emphasize language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to formulate integrated care strategies.

Provide education to patients and families to facilitate progress beyond the therapy sessions.

Assist in performing occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the patient's journey.

Maintain precise documentation practices in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field through continuing education and peer collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within 30 days of employment.
