Buzzards Bay Coalition, based in New Bedford, MA, seeks a strategic CFO to build and lead a reimagined finance function supporting expansion across land conservation, science, advocacy, and community engagement.

The CFO will provide hands-on leadership across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and grants/contracts administration, working with senior leadership and the Board to ensure sustainable growth and effective financial storytelling.
