Outpatient/Faculty Internal Medicine Physician

- Practice full-time with a 4-day work week in an outpatient setting.
- Splitting time between a dedicated outpatient practice and oversight in the Residency/Faculty clinic.
- Assume an established current patient panel (400+) due to retirement.
- Strong and supportive team members including one physician and 2 APPs.
- Diverse and well-established mix of subspecialty support to meet referral needs.
- EPIC EMR with Abridge AI for efficient documentation.
Responsibilities
- Practice full-time with a 4-day work week in an outpatient setting.
- Split time between a dedicated outpatient practice and oversight in the Residency/Faculty clinic.
- Work 2 days in outpatient practice.
- Supervise IM residents for 2 days. xihmbke
- Include 4 admin hours per week.
- Assume an established current patient panel (400+).
- Participate in remote/phone-only call at 1:4.
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary $250,000 for up to 3 years with added wRVU bonus structure
- Recruitment Incentives include but not limited to: sign on bonus, Stipend/Early-signing bonus, and paid relocation up to $10,000
