Mission of the Role

As a Content Strategist, you will ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication with the brand's verbal identity in all user interaction points. You will focus on creating and maintaining an effective and cohesive content strategy that reflects the digital product's voice, working closely with stakeholders, design teams, and other key areas of the organization. You will apply best practices in writing and continuously evaluate our standards, ensuring that communication solutions are concise, useful, and technically feasible to integrate an optimal user experience.

This vacancy is to be performed under the Talent Implant model in BBVA, as part of the Multiplica team.

Important note: As an indispensable requirement for applying, the candidate must not have an active or recent selection process with BBVA through another consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and adaptation of guidelines: Plan, develop, and adapt content creation guidelines, ensuring that texts align with the brand's tone and voice. This includes writing and updating style guides and manuals, as well as designing tools and resources that facilitate the writing process.
• User-centered writing: Create contents that prioritize the final user's needs.
• Research and user validation: Conduct user research to generate and evaluate content iteratively, ensuring that each piece responds to real needs and improves the user experience.
• Structure and narrative: Use information architecture principles and storytelling techniques to define the structure and flow of texts, improving their clarity and relevance.
• Argumentation and justification of decisions: Present and defend writing decisions to different areas, using data and knowledge of best practices to justify content strategies.
• Integrated writing in visual design: Create commercial focus contents that integrate harmoniously in the visual design of interfaces, ensuring consistency and attractiveness in presentation.
• Communication standardization: Propose and establish guidelines that allow the communication to be standardized across various digital channels, reinforcing the brand's verbal identity in the entire digital experience.
• Audience analysis and content strategy: Analyze target audiences to develop specific content strategies for different flows in digital applications and interfaces, adapting communication to the particularities of each user profile.
