CNC MACHINST

Now Hiring, CNC Machinist, Direct-Hire. A Valve and fitting company, in Lincolnshire, IL. is looking for Experienced CNC machinists on 2nd shift. Monday - Friday.

• Working on CNC Lathe and Swiss Machines,
• able to do multiple set-ups and changeovers daily- short runs
• Troubleshoot/ Adjustments
• read blueprints/ Schematic specifications 
• Steel , Aluminum, and other metals
• Perform stability study of gauges used, calipers, Micrometers  
• Load and edit programs as needed 
• Perform initial inspection when needed 
• Maintain a clean work environment 
• 4pm-12:30am, Monday- Friday

$22-28 hourly, depending on Experience. 3+ years of experience - Must have an updated resume to apply. Position is interview based.  Show phone number for more information

Responsibilities

 Independently setup at least one type of CNC machine
 Operate machine/s while maintaining blueprint specifications
 Perform stability study of gauges used
 Load and edit programs as needed
 Perform initial inspection when needed
 Maintain a clean work environment
 Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
 Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed
 Performs other duties as assigned by manager

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
