3rd Shift, Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:30am

We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, who can bring out the best in his/her team. If you know how to encourage people to continually raise the bar while taking responsibility for all day-to-day warehouse operations, you might be an ideal fit.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,304 - $78,000/Year. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. What you’ll do on a typical day:

Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
\n Prepare schedules 
\n Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performanceMonitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate an understanding of the company quality policyAdhere to the GXO 7S program
\n Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
\n Implement continuous improvement action plans
\n Always maintain a clean environment
What you need to succeed at GXO: 

At a minimum, you’ll need:

2 years of relevant work experience 
\n Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
\n Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt’d be great if you also have:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
\n 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
\n Bilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceThis job requires the ability to:

Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
\n Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
\n Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
