\n .Senior Appraisers receive an annual base $50,000 draw against commissions payment (except in certain markets that are higher given min. wage requirements – i.e. NY, CA, WA – the specific states if min wage requirements are higher). Senior appraisers earn commission fees which are offset against the draw and based on completed valuation, advisory and related services multiplied by a competitive commission rate. A portion of such commissions may be paid in cash and a portion may be paid in the form of equity (which shall be subject to the terms of the applicable award docume

• DUTIESIES:Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties. Oversight of work includes collaboration with senior level staff as well as review o

• ket value.This role conducts market and comparable research, develops income, sales comparison, and cost approaches, performs highest-and-best-use analyses, and presents and defends conclusions to clients, lenders, an

• RIMENT::Bachelor's Degree, preferably in real estate or other related subjects such as economics and finance. Preference is given to MS or MBA in

• real estate.Must have state appropriate Certified General Apprai

• ser License.Minimum of 3 - 6 years professional experience as a Commercial Real Estat

• e Appraiser.Must have experience and be skilled in writing appraisal and appraisal reviews of complex commercial
