Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. Their responsibilities may include: Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Ensuring the Guest Service Department delivers great customer experiences, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and maintains organized front counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas. Ensuring the Kitchen Department delivers high quality food quickly, keeps food safety and cost control, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures. Ensuring the People Department hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates staff. Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
