Production Machine Operator - Inserting Equipment

Job TitleJob Description Required Education • High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience / Skills • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment • At least 1 year of experience operating inserting machines, preferably Pitney Bowes or BlueCrest equipment • Experience using a computer for data entry • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations required for production activities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing production volumes • Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the work shift • Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance • Ability to frequently reach above the shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend • Flexibility to work required overtime, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs Job Duties • Operate a variety of inserting machines manufactured by Pitney Bowes and BlueCrest • Receive training on inserting equipment and learn proper machine setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures • Set up and operate inserting equipment to produce accurate work within established production timelines • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot basic machine issues to maintain continuous production • Adapt to changing production volumes and priorities while effectively managing multiple tasks • Perform quality checks to ensure inserted materials are accurate and meet production requirements • Identify and separate damaged or defective mail and materials • Stage completed materials after each production run for warehouse pickup • Perform additional production-related duties as assigned based on workload and business needs**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
