Night Shift Production Associate | Machine Operator

Production AssociateRequired Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience/Skills: Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation), Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language, Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 and 50 pounds, Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidaysPreferred Experience/Skills: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and understanding of production concepts, A team player who works well with others but can also work independentlyAs a Production Associate at Client, you'll be trained on how to set up and operate different printing and sorting machines. Additionally, you will carry out the task of adjusting the machines to ensure work accuracy while responding to equipment error messages. You will perform quality checks, confirm quantity produced, ensure the batch is accurate per the order ticket, and set up the equipment.Primary Responsibilities:Operate machines that print materials such as statements, health insurance cards, and loyalty cardsManually insert documents/forms into envelopes, affixing tags to plastic carriers and stuffing mail into expedited mailing packagesOperate presorting machines to sort and separate any damaged mail and request reprints when necessaryPlace sorted mail into bins to be sent to the post officeWork with associates in a team effort to further company goals concerning productivity, safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in team cross-training, including learning different machines and equipment**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
