From uncovering the next clinical breakthrough, to rapid and reliable sample analysis, to more rigorous decision making—we are enabling clinicians to deliver the best possible care to their patients with improved efficiency, clinical confidence, adaptive collaboration, and accelerated intelligence.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Demand Planning, Staff Analyst is responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts across Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts within their assigned region.Acting as the critical link among commercial, finance, and supply chain teams, this role translates regional market insights into an actionable demand plan that supports revenue, service-level, and inventory objectives.This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with regional commercial leaders while driving alignment into the broader S&OP process.This position reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, and is part of the Global Supply Chain organization, located in Spain, and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Own the end-to-end regional demand plan for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts, ensuring alignment to commercial outlook and financial targetsAnalyze statistical/market forecasts, enriched with region-specific market intelligence and commercial inputsPartner with regional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align on assumptions, risks, and opportunitiesParticipate in and support the S&OP process, ensuring clear visibility to demand drivers and variabilityMonitor and improve key KPIs, including forecast accuracy (MAPE), bias, service level, and inventory health and identify root causes of forecast variation and proactively drive corrective actionsThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting tools or planning systemsWorking knowledge of APICS/ASCM principles (demand planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP)Language Requirement: Fluent in both written and spoken EnglishTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel - 10-15%, overnight, globallyBeckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
