Manufacturing Production Associate Both 1st shift and 2nd (swing) shift available Weekly pay The Production Associate on 1st shift supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by operating production machinery, handling materials, and performing assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires regular lifting, extended periods of standing and walking, and the ability to work effectively as part of a motivated team while following written instructions and safety guidelines. Essential Skills Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift 50+ pounds. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Basic math skills to perform measurements, counts, and simple calculations. Reading knowledge and comprehension to follow written instructions, labels, and work orders. Proven ability to operate production and assembly line machinery. Experience with general production work, including assembly and cleaning tasks. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Material handling experience, including loading, unloading, and sorting products. Team-oriented mindset with motivation to work and contribute to group goals. At least 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Familiarity with machine operating in a production line setting. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth industrial environment.
