Job Details Job Location: ARC-MEMPHIS ARC WAREHOUSE - Memphis, TN 38133 Position Type: Full Time Regular Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Salary Range: $18.50 Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Property Supervises, plans, coordinates and monitors the day-to-day operations of the warehouse; trains and instructs shops' supervisor and employees in the proper methods, procedures, and safety precautions; ensures that donated items are received, unloaded, sorted, priced, and distributed in a timely and economical manner; monitors productivity level of warehouse operations and allocates staff accordingly; ensures the accountability and security of all warehouse items and equipment; serves as a liaison to the Store Supervisor ensuring the stores receive the needed merchandise; supervises and coordinates auction operations and ensures compliance with auction rules and regulations. QualificationsEducation and Experience High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred and two years of progressively responsible experience working in a warehouse or retail establishment with some supervisor experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
