Warehouse Manager

Oversee all warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes Manage inventory management systems to maintain precise stock levels and streamline inventory control procedures Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize materials handling workflows Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners to facilitate smooth shipping schedules Supervise the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely during daily tasks Utilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 to track shipments, inventory movements, and reporting Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution operations Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), particularly AS400 or similar platforms Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts and heavy lifting tools Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines Experience working within a distribution or manufacturing environments is highly desirable Familiarity with process improvement methodologies to enhance operational workflows Join us as a Warehouse Manager and be part of a dynamic team committed to operational excellence!
