The Inventory Coordinator receives and inspects incoming shipments, verifies product against purchase orders, and maintains accurate inventory records in ENVI, Medamorph’s inventory and purchasing management system. This position floats regularly between our six Front Range facilities, bringing consistency to receiving, stocking, and inventory practices across sites. Key duties include rotating stock, restocking clinical supply areas to PAR levels, performing cycle counts, and processing vendor returns. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, professional conduct in a clinical environment, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload, unpack, and carefully inspect incoming packages for damage or defects, including verifying the integrity of sterile packaging. Verify Accuracy: Compare received items against purchase orders and packing lists, noting any discrepancies or missing items. Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation. Inventory Management: Accurately receive and log products into ENVI, ensuring correct quantities, units of measure, and item types are recorded. Stock Organization and Rotation: Sort and place items in their designated storage areas, rotate stock using FEFO principles, monitor for expiring product, and maintain clean, organized receiving and storage areas. Restocking: Restock clinical supply areas to established PAR levels. Cycle Counts and Spot Checks: Perform regular cycle counts and spot checks to verify on-hand quantities against system records, investigating and reconciling variances. PAR Level Development: Assist in establishing and refining PAR levels across facilities by monitoring usage patterns and collaborating with clinical staff on stocking needs. Vendor Returns: Process vendor returns and credits (RMAs) and support product recall activities. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before being accepted into inventory. Supply Chain Support: Partner with the Supply Chain Manager on purchasing support, discrepancy resolution, and inventory system maintenance. Special Projects: Support special projects as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager, including physical inventories and audits. Required Skills and Qualifications Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Travel Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel within an approximately 30-mile radius between facilities. Mileage is reimbursed per company policy. Professionalism: Professional conduct and appearance appropriate to a clinical environment. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail to accurately verify products, dates, and records. Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to organize products and maintain tidy, safe work areas. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team across multiple sites. Computer Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software (ENVI or a similar materials management system preferred) and electronic scanning tools.
