The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Mohawk Valley is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist.
Position type: Part-Time
Pay range: $16.00-$17.50
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm to Midnight and 12:00 am to 8:00 a.m. (two to three shifts per week)*
* must be available for some weekends and holidays
Duties Include:
Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors.
Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams.
Greets visitors at community’s front reception desk.
Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery.
Customer Service/Hospitality background-emphasis highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
