Registered Nurse

Overview Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. In this role you will assist in providing nursing care to practice patients, maintain the functions of a medical group practice, and do lab work and venipuncture. You will ready patients for exams, assist providers with exams and procedures, administer injections and treatments as orders, and coordinate patient calls/walk-ins in emergent situations. Assist in other functions of the medical group practice as needed. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Medical Assistant Certification. Preferred: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Preferred: Two or more years of patient care, giving injections, working labs, etc., in an outpatient setting. Requirements Minimum: No experience required if medical assistant program has been completed and certification received.
