Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to a supportive public therapeutic day school environment. This contract opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time professionals passionate about making a difference in students’ lives through applied behavior analysis. In this dynamic setting, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement impactful behavior programs for students with diverse needs, working collaboratively with a knowledgeable team of educators and specialists.
What we’re seeking:
- Current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience working in a school, therapeutic day school, or educational setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong collaboration and team communication skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ positive behavioral growth
What you’ll do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention strategies
- Provide ongoing consultation to classroom teachers and educational staff
- Lead or participate in staff trainings regarding behavior management techniques
- Collect and analyze student data to track progress and adjust interventions
- Collaborate directly with families to foster consistency across settings
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
