We hope you’ll join us and see what the smiling pink whale is all about.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the monthly forecast/close, annual budget and periodic-long term Strategic Planning for the Wholesale & Supply Chain channels, including regular communication with business unit leaders to form forecast/budget assumptions and concise summary reporting for senior management.Drive Wholesale channel growth and profitability through development of consistent and fully loaded P&L's for various business segments including Department and Specialty stores, Amazon, Golf, Licensing, and collaborations/eventsSupport new initiatives through business case and ROI analysis, tracking of progress against initiatives, and hindsight of results and learningsManage forecast and budget for capital expenditures and operating expenses including Marketing, trade shows, travel, visual supportProvide analytical and decision support for Wholesale pricing and margin support including vendor allowances, price adjustments, and discountsPartner with cross-functional leaders to help drive business strategy through ad-hoc modeling and analysisAdvance current processes through technology, automation, and process improvementProvide consistent feedback and keep senior management updated through proactive monitoring of key issues, and risks and opportunitiesWhat you Bring:BS/BA in Accounting or Finance3-5 years of Retail, Corporate Finance, or related fields; Wholesale and Supply Chain experience preferredStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsHighly motivated, entrepreneurial, able to multi-task and take initiativeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environmentAbility to negotiate outcomes to the satisfaction of all partiesAbility to identify metrics that drive performance against strategic prioritiesExperience in using data and facts to support recommendationsExpertise in applying a broad range of analytical techniques to identify business issues, risks and opportunitiesExperience in extracting insights from large amounts / disparate sources of dataAbility to assist non-financial partners in interpreting complex analysesEvery day will feel this good because:We have a fun-spirited entrepreneurial culture filled with truly “good” peopleWe offer a generous employee discount so you can rep our lifestyle on-and-off the boatWe offer a competitive salary package, 401-K, commuter benefits, and paid-family leave, health savings , flex spending accounts, life & disability insuranceWe have an onsite gym as well as financial wellness programs to keep you activeWe offer 2 summer Fridays to take off in addition to a competitive vacation policy & holiday calendarJob SummaryRequisition Number: MANAG004169Job Category: ManagerSchedule: Full-Time
