PhlebotomistLocation: Kissimmee, FL Duration: 5+ Months (Possible Extension/ Temp to Hire) Shift: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 6am-1:30 at Poinciana & Sat 6a-3p at Kissimmee FLJob Summary: Collect blood specimens, process samples for laboratory testing, and provide excellent patient service while following safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric patients).Process and prepare specimens for testing.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Follow clinical and safety procedures.Deliver professional, patient-focused customer service.Work independently under supervisor guidance.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills.Data entry and basic computer skills.Medical Assistant, Paramedic training, or Phlebotomy certification preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for staffing needs if required.
