Your Responsibilities

* Engage with prospects to present MLR opportunities and assess interest levels

* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters to conduct thorough screenings

* Maintain contact with prospects to nurture interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads

Your Prerequisites for Success

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* A self-starting and proactive approach - you control your schedule, not the other way around

Your Compensation
