Life Alive is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee multiple locations in Boston Market. This role includes hiring and onboarding team members while maintaining a joyful environment. Responsibilities encompass managing shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, and upholding the quality of food prepared from the highest quality, organic ingredients. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AGM experience, experience with larger teams, and possesses strong leadership skills.
