Laser Operator (1st Shift)

Responsibilities Include:

Operate laser cutting equipment and run jobs according to schedule.
Load and unload materials and finished parts.
Adjust machine settings to ensure quality and maximize productivity.
Inspect parts for accuracy, material compliance, and quantity.
Deburr, organize, and route parts to the next operation.
Provide feedback to improve quality and production efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and monitor material and consumable inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all departmental procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

We are looking for someone with:

Laser operation experience cutting all types of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Experience with Trumpf and PRC Fiber lasers a plus but not required
