Position Overview: We're currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience in healthcare scheduling, particularly with Behavior Analysts and RBTs, we'd love to hear from you. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules for our Behavior Analysts and RBTs to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage scheduling through multiple channels such as texting and messaging platforms.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools for scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Provide support with data entry and file management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software necessary.
• Fast typing speed and attention to detail required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
