Case Manager (Patient Access / Hub Services) — Remote Location:Remote (must have eligible hardwired high-speed internet) Pay:$20.00/hr Schedule:Full-time,40 hrs/week Must be flexible to workMon–Fri between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST Training:8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (mandatory attendance) Overview: HiringCase Managers (Patient Access / Hub Services)to support patients and provider offices with benefit verification, prior authorization support, appeals assistance, and coordination through the medication access process. This is a high-touch role with phone work and detailed documentation. Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound calls with a focus on one-call resolution Complete benefit verification and coordinate with providers, specialty pharmacies, and payers Support prior authorizations and appeals requirements/outcomes Educate patients on coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and next steps Process enrollments (fax/phone/electronic) and review documentation for completeness Enter detailed data into systems while on calls; maintain accurate case documentation Requirements: 2–4 years patient-facing/high-touch customer support experience preferred Hub/patient support services experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/commercial coverage helpful Strong data entry/computer skills (MS Office) Reliable, quiet, private work-from-home setup withhardwiredinternet (no Wi-Fi/satellite/cellular) Download15 Mbps/ Upload5 Mbps/ Ping≤ 30 ms
