Expanded recurring maintenance programs from approximately 1,000 to more than 14,000 customer-owned assets and developed embedded maintenance programs generating approximately $20 million in recurring revenue. Previously led a $156 million national accounts portfolio, delivering 16.3% growth while improving price realization and significantly expanding cross-sell revenue. Earlier, held full P&L responsibility for a seven-location district, improving performance from near the bottom of the company to a top-five district.
