Job Description:
The PCU Float Pool Registered Nurse will provide patient care across various units within the hospital's Progressive Care Unit. This role may require floating to other OSU-affiliated hospitals, which are approximately a 5-6 minute walk, with no commute necessary. Flexibility to float within units of equal or lower acuity is essential. The nurse will manage estimated patient ratios of 1:3-4, adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. Skills required include IV start procedures and experience with TELE EPIC.
