About the Role:

Join Global Solutions International, LLC as an HR Generalist and play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture! Located in El Segundo, CA, we are looking for a passionate individual to support our HR initiatives and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.

Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.

Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.

Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Provide support in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.

Knowledge of Federal Contracts (CBA Experience a Plus)

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude with a passion for employee engagement and development.
