Employee Benefits Specialist

To support a growing Benefits team, the full-time Benefits Operations Specialist will provide exceptional support regarding benefits plans, manage enrollment processes, and handle invoicing while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide support to employees and clients regarding benefits plans, including pricing, coverage, and claims Manage benefits enrollment and unenrollment processes, as well as invoicing and billing Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver effective solutions Required qualifications Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, preferably in a US PEO context Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Fluent in English, both written and spoken Embraces AI and automation to enhance efficiency
