Operations Specialist 2Join our team and play a key role in supporting grain operations at your location. You'll help ensure the quality and efficiency of our grain handling processes while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your day-to-day will include:Receiving, grading, and blending grain to meet customer and end user specificationsLoading and unloading grain trucks with care and precisionMonitoring grain quality and condition to maintain high standardsPerforming daily inspections and routine maintenance on grain equipmentKeeping work areas clean, organized, and safeProviding friendly, helpful service to customers and coworkersSupporting other departments and locations as needed with flexibility and a positive attitudeWhat you will need:High school diploma or GEDAbility to obtain and maintain a 7B Commercial Applicator LicenseAbility to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker EndorsementsAbility to gain operational knowledge of elevator machinery and perform minor repairsBasic computer skillsAble to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionallyAble to work additional hours seasonallyDesire to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starterPrevious grain or agronomy experience is a plus.
