Technical Support Engineer

Salary: $75,000 - $92,000 (Based on Experience) One of our clients located in Middlesex County New Jersey is a growing manufacturing and technology organization that is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with product implementation, and support testing and documentation efforts. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deployment, issue resolution, and ongoing technical support. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries and product support. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues while documenting findings and recommendations. Coordinate product evaluations, repairs, returns, and corrective actions. Provide technical documentation, product information, and support materials to customers. Perform product testing and assist with validation and quality initiatives. Maintain accurate product specifications, records, and technical documentation. Assist with the development and publication of product literature and support resources. Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline. 0-2 years of technical support, engineering, manufacturing, or related experience. Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or industrial systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with product testing, quality assurance, or technical support processes. Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, or documentation. Exposure to CRM, ERP, or similar business systems. Customer-facing technical support experience. Salary range is $75-90K Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, holidays and more!
