Warehouse Flow Manager (Customer Logistics Manager) Location: Opa Locka, FL Compensation Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $85,000 to $87,693 Schedule: High degree of flexibility; availability for additional hours, days, and varying schedules as necessary to meet business demands. The role leads and develops warehouse teams, monitors workflow processes, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to optimize throughput, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. Supporting a large-scale distribution operation of approximately 409,000 square feet, the Warehouse Flow Manager coordinates daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operations, attaining daily operational goals, developing staff, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing customer service expectations.
