Production Supervisor
Location: Lanett, AL

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production teams, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations
Schedule and assign production personnel
Monitor production performance and quality standards
Train, coach, and develop employees
Resolve production and personnel issues
Coordinate with Engineering and Quality departments
Maintain safety standards and SOP compliance
Improve efficiency while reducing waste and costs
Monitor attendance and employee performance
Maintain housekeeping and organization throughout the production area

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience required
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with manufacturing processes
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
Forklift experience preferred
