Our client is seeking Residential Aides for the Mental Health Adult Population in Camden County. CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS Mon, Sat & Sun 2pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 10am-2pm, and Sat & Sun 2pm-10pm in Blackwood, NJ 08012 Compensation: $20/hr SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life. * Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management. * Assist with and teach independent living skills. * Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing. * Accompany participants to various community activities. * Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent * Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks * Preventing Abuse and Neglect, Medication Training, CPR / FA, TB/Physical * 18+ and must have a valid driver's license * Resume with 2-3 years of DSP experience * DMV record with no more than 5 points and no suspensions * One-day orientation from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM * Two supervisor references DTG ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health and special education. * Compensation processed weekly. * Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule. * Accessibility to grow professionally. * Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
