CNC Machinist I

CNC Machinist Position

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with hands-on experience operating Mazak equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume job shop environment. This role requires more than basic machine operation, with a strong emphasis on setup, adjustments, and maintaining production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines, specifically Mazak equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Maintain production standards in a high-volume environment
• Perform basic inspections and quality checks on finished parts

Qualifications:

• Experience with Mazak machines required
• Must not be a "button pusher – hands-on machining experience required
• Background in job shop environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand production setting

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Must be open to overtime and weekends as needed
