If you’re ready to lead a service‑driven salon, let’s connect. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage salon operations in a busy environment. Develop and mentor a team of stylists. Support other stylists and foster a collaborative culture. Adhere to and promote the salon’s operating model. Qualifications Licensed cosmetologist or barber in NewJersey (license required). Experience managing a salon or supervising a team. Strong communication and motivating skills. Flexible, organized, and goal‑driven. Benefits Manager training and career development programs.
