This position involves operating the MRI scanner to produce high-quality images consistently and preparing the scan room and equipment appropriately. Responsibilities\n \n Operate the MRI scanner to obtain images of consistent optimal quality. \n Prepare the scan room and necessary equipment before procedures. \n Position patients, coils, and equipment as per the requirements of the scan. \n Maintain communication with patients throughout the scanning process to ensure comfort and understanding. \n Qualifications\n \n Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. \n Completion of a Non-Degree Program from an approved AMA Radiologic Technology program or MRI certificate program. \n Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist Required. \n Preferred experience: 1 year in CT or MRI settings. \n Licenses: \n \n Registered Technologist (R) Required. \n Registered Technologist (MR) Required. \n \n Certification in Basic Life Support Required. \n Work Schedule\n This position requires availability every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
