Assembler / Test Technician III
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Regal Staffing is currently hiring for an experienced Assembler / Test Technician III to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in heavy equipment assembly and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and handle large, heavy equipment and components
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including:
- Manual and pneumatic hand tools
- Hydraulic torque wrenches and tensioning devices
- Hydraulic presses and steam systems
- Overhead cranes and forklifts
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Support testing and production processes
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Ensure quality and efficiency in all assembly operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in heavy equipment assembly
- Strong experience with mechanical tools and hydraulic equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and able to work in a team-oriented environment
