Shipping & Receiving / Delivery DriverNSC Staffing has an immediate opening for a Driver-Shipping/Receiving in Mansfield, Texas. Background friendly. PPE-Jeans, long sleeve and steel toe boots MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING REPORT.Shift: 1st shift, schedule 7a – 3:30p, Monday – Friday Pay: $16-$18/hour depending on experiencePosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our metal fabrication team. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound materials, coordinating freight shipments, and occasionally performing local and regional pickups and deliveries using company trucks, including a Dodge 2500 and Ford F-150 pulling a 40-foot gooseneck flatbed trailer.The ideal candidate must have experience pulling a gooseneck trailer, backing into tight spaces, and safely loading and unloading heavy materials.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & ReceivingReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slipsUnload steel, metal components, and fabrication materials using forkliftsPrepare, package, and stage outgoing shipmentsEnsure proper labeling and documentation of shipmentsKeep shipping/receiving areas organized and cleanDriving & DeliveriesPerform local occasional pickups and deliveriesOperate company vehicles including:Dodge Ram 2500Ford F-15040-foot gooseneck flatbed trailerSafely secure loads using chains, binders, and strapsBack trailers into tight job sites and shop yardsLoad and unload materialsQualificationsRequired: Proven experience pulling a gooseneck trailer (40 ft preferred)Experience backing trailers into tight spacesExperience loading, unloading, and properly securing heavy steel loadsForklift experience (required)Ability to lift 50+ lbsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsValid driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred ExperiencePrior work in metal fabrication, steel supply, or manufacturingWork EnvironmentIndustrial fabrication shop settingIndoor and outdoor workExposure to steel, machinery, and shop equipmentOccasional overtime as neededCompensationOvertime opportunities NSC Staffing values our employees and is committed to offering meaningful employment in safe workplace conditions.
