The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, an optimist, has a sense of urgency in their work, enjoys executing processes and checklists consistently, and is hungry to learn new things and contribute to the team's success.DutiesPick, pack, and ship orders based on direction from Fulfillment Team Lead.Stock shelves with new inventory and packing supplies.Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment space.Assist with receiving deliveries.Assist with delivering raw materials to production.Assist with basic facility maintenance needs.Assist with miscellaneous fulfillment projects.Assist with counting shipping supplies inventory.Assist with counting finished goods inventory.Seasonal work in production.Any other tasks as assigned.Hours:Full time - 40 hours per week7 AM – 3:30 PMMonday-FridayStarting Pay:$15/hrBenefits:Paid Time Off – Accrual rates based on hours worked – increases with tenure.10 paid holidays.401K Plan – Available after 3 months.Health benefits available if working 30 hours+/week – Available after 60 days.Employee discount of 50%.Lots of free coffee and candles!Qualifications:Must be a team player, but also able to work independentlyMust be able to lift 50+ lbsMust be able to reach a height of 6'2"Calyan Wax Company is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
