Closing Coordinator

Pay Rate: $18.14 Per Hour Duration: 12 Month Contract Location: 600 N CLEVELAND AVE Westerville, OH 43082 Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role (3-days on-site/2-days WFH)

Job Assignment

Emailing and/or calling with internal partners (sales, credit, etc.) and outside partners (client, insurance agent, attorneys, escrow, title, etc.) to fulfill underwriting conditions of lending and coordinate a closing transaction. These transactions span real estate, practice acquisition, start-up practices, expansions, debt consolidations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Takes end-to-end ownership of assigned deals, ensuring a positive client and third-party experience.
• Point person for loan closing including document collection and verbal and email communication with client and 3rd parties.
• Escalate and resolve client needs such as ordering pay-off letters, delivering in partnership with Credit and Sales Teams
• Ensure timely and accurate deal coordination to prepare loan documentation, assisting with the completion of pre-close checklists, and connecting with fulfillment to book facilities in the system of record
• Reviewing title and insurance policies, purchase agreements, operating agreements, leases, and any other applicable documents.
• May create loan documents as a part of closing process.
