The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing an enterprise-wide operations strategy that is in line with the company's mission and long-term strategic plan. They will also be tasked with building and maintaining scalable operational frameworks, serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership, and overseeing process design, workflow optimization, and operational KPIs.

Candidates for the Executive Director of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive operational leadership experience. The role requires a proven track record in leading enterprise operations, systems oversight, and organizational transformation, as well as the ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, possess a hands-on and strategic mindset, and have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred certifications include PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and others related to operations and project management.
