Kelly is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Materials Planner II for a temporary, short-term assignment to cover a medical leave (approximately 3 months). In this role, you will be a key contributor to the daily operations of our team, managing essential administrative tasks, communicating with clients and teams, and utilizing your Excel expertise for reporting and data management. - Manage daily administrative tasks to support and streamline team operations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
- Use Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and updating data.
- Proactively identify issues as they arise and resolve them efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of inventory, material orders, and related information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets.
- Strong customer communication skills - demonstrated ability to interact clearly and professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities - proactive and resourceful approach to issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years in a materials planner, inventory management, or similar role.
