ICU Float Pool RN

Doctors Hospital of Augusta seeks an ICU Float Pool RN to provide expert care to high-acuity patients across multiple intensive care units in our 350+ bed acute care facility. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and critical drips, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care while documenting accurately in the EMR.
