Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering quality nursing care to a defined patient population using the nursing process. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. The RN actively participates in quality improvement initiatives, ongoing education, orientation, and professional development activities, aligning with organizational objectives and upholding the Patient Care Services philosophy. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in related areas (floor or critical care) Valid RN license (state-specific or multi-state compact) Current BLS certification ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications within 6 months of hire (for select units) Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and applicable specialty certifications.
