If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you.For additional information regarding CACI’s outstanding benefits and career developing tools, please visit .Responsibilities:Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR issues, employment regulations, collective agreements, and policiesDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresPrepare studies on organizational HR performance and strategic initiativesConduct research and analyze data to support HR decision-makingDevelop and implement project plans for HR initiativesPrepare memoranda for senior management on HR regulation changesEvaluate job positions, determine classifications, and set salariesProvide information on policies, job duties, and benefits to current and prospective employeesServe as a resource for employee assignments to foreign/domestic locationsEnsure accuracy and currency of employee and organizational dataCollaborate with managers to identify and resolve HR issuesFunctions may be modified based on the designated office requirementsQualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree (An additional three years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree)Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human ResourcesStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulationsProficiency in HR databases, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS WordTS/SCI with PolygraphDesired:Outstanding oral and written communication skillsExperience in project management and implementing HR initiativesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of HR analytic and diagnostic techniquesUnderstanding of quality assurance procedures for data integrityAbility to prepare and deliver comprehensive briefings to senior managersStrong consulting and collaboration skillsInnovative thinking and process improvement capabilitiesProficiency in interpreting and applying HR business rules-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
