(In-Home Support – Mental Health & Addiction Recovery)

Recovery Consultants is hiring compassionate, reliable individuals to provide in-home recovery and mental health support as a Recovery Companion .

This is a non-clinical, one-on-one support role providing companionship, supervision, transportation, structure, and accountability for clients navigating addiction and mental health challenges.

We are not a gig platform. We are a mission-driven team committed to providing high-level, ethical, relationship-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home supervision and supportive companionship
• Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy, recovery meetings, errands, and activities
• Support daily routines (meals, hygiene reminders, structure, planning)
• Observe clients taking prescribed medications (no administration)
• Reinforce accountability with scheduling and commitments
• Report safety concerns and respond appropriately in emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old
• Reliable transportation or comfort using public transportation/rideshare 
• Strong emotional intelligence and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working inside clients’ homes
• Ability to work flexible or extended shifts
• Experience in Relapse Prevention
